The abbreviation VCA comes from the Dutch VCA ("Veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (VGM) Checklist voor Aannemers"). In English : "Control list for Security, Health and Environment in the contracting companies".

The VCA certificate is granted for a period of 3 years after a first audit carried out by a registered organization and provided that there are yearly middle audits. The result is that the companies which are certified according to the VCA security system really work in better security conditions. Besides more and more principals require the VCA certificate from their subcontractors.

Our company has embarked on the recognition of its system for the security management for all the works carried out on building sites. The maintenance of our VCA* certification is a clearly established purpose for the years to come.
